To advance engineering knowledge and practice through stimulating and guiding research and assisting the financing thereof in the field of unreinforced and reinforced structural plastic; to organize research in research projects; to interpret the findings of such research in cooperation with professional committees; and to make available information and recommendations resulting from such research and ensure technology transfer to the construction industry. |
