BIOGRAPHY
T. Michael TooleAssistant Professor, Bucknell University
Mike Toole is currently an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. He received his BS in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and his MS in Civil Engineering and PhD in Technology Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His research areas include project management, construction innovation and construction safety. Dr. Toole is a professional civil engineer registered in four states and an authorized OSHA Instructor for the Construction Industry.
He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers. Within the latter, he is a Vice-Chair of the Construction Site Safety Committee, Chair of the Engineering Management Group of the Central Pennsylvania Section, and an Assistant Editor for the Journal of Construction Engineering and Management.
