Sponsorship Opportunities

Exhibiting Sponsor   $3,000 for both days

  • A 10'x10' exhibit area with six-foot table, two chairs and electricity (Security not provided.)
  • Two free conference passes
  • Pearl Circle sponsorship at the ASCE OPAL Awards Dinner which includes:
    • Two (2) tickets to the OPAL Awards Dinner
    • Corporate name listed on greeting sign at reception
    • Listing in OPAL Awards Dinner Program
    • Acknowledgement of the sponsorship in ASCE News

Table-top Exhibiting Sponsor - $2,000 for both days

  • A 10'x6' exhibit area with six-foot table, two chairs and electricity (Display dimensions may not exceed 36 inches in height and 60 inches in width. Security not provided.)
  • One free conference pass
  • Topaz Circle sponsorship at the ASCE OPAL Awards Dinner which includes:
    • One ticket to the OPAL Awards Dinner
    • Listing in OPAL Awards Dinner Program

Continental Breakfast Sponsorship - $2,500 for one day or $4,000 for both days

Includes service of coffee, tea, decaf, juices, breakfast breads, danish pastries, bagels, and fruit
  • Free 10' x 6' table-top exhibit with six-foot table, two chairs and electricity (security not provided)
  • A standing sign with your company's logo will highlight your sponsorship
  • The opportunity to display your own logo banner in front of the breakfast table
  • Topaz Circle sponsorship at the ASCE OPAL Awards Dinner which includes:

Lunch Sponsorship - $4,000 for one day or $6,500 for both days

Includes service of a warm buffet lunch, coffee, tea, and decaf
  • Free 10' x 6' table-top exhibit with six-foot table, two chairs and electricity (security not provided)
  • A standing sign with your company's logo will highlight your sponsorship
  • The opportunity to display your own logo banner in the lunch area during the meal
  • Topaz Circle sponsorship at the ASCE OPAL Awards Dinner which includes:

Official Conference T-shirts - $2,500

Includes supply of 100% white cotton shirts with sponsor's choice of two PMS colors for name and logo imprint in one location
  • Will be distributed to all attendees, exhibitors, and staff
  • Construction Institute staff will supply and distribute the official t-shirts at registration

Back Cover Advertisement - $2,500

Includes full color advertisement displayed on the back cover of notebook of presentations given to each attendee
  • Construction Institute staff will print and distribute the notebooks to all attendees at registration

Afternoon Break Sponsorship - $2,000

Includes service of a specialty snack such as popcorn, granola bars, or cookies at the break station
  • A standing sign with your company's logo will highlight your sponsorship
  • The opportunity to display your own logo banner in front of the break table

Cookie Break Sponsorship - $1,500

Includes service of packaged cookie or brownie for attendees to take along with them on the site tour
  • A standing sign with your company's logo will highlight your sponsorship
  • The opportunity to supply your own label/card to attach to cookie wrapping

Official Conference Lanyards - $1,500

Includes supply of 5/8" cotton lanyards with sponsor's choice of one PMS color for name imprint
  • Will be distributed to all attendees, exhibitors, and staff
  • Construction Institute staff will supply and distribute the official lanyards at registration


Official Conference Pens - $1,000

Includes supply of standard black ink pens with one PMS color imprint of company's logo and name on barrel
  • Will be distributed to all attendees, exhibitors, and staff
  • Construction Institute staff will supply and distribute the official pens at registration
