BIOGRAPHY
Joe LarkAssistant District Manager, The Lane Construction Corporation
Joe started working for The Lane Construction Corporation in 1986 as a Job Engineer. He has held positions of Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Director in his tenure at Lane. Joe is currently the Assistant Project Director for the WMATA design build expansion of the Blue Line from Addison to Largo. Joe's previous projects at Lane include the reconstruction of the taxiway and apron at Fort Campbell Army Base in Kentucky, rehabilitation of Barksdale Airforce Base in Louisiana, Interstate 79 pavement rehabilitation in Bridgeville, PA and the Pennsylvania Turnpike pavement rehabilitation project from MP 186 to MP 189 in Willow Hill, PA.
Joe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
