BIOGRAPHY
Elham Farzam, P.E.Design Manager, LPA Group
Elham is Vice President and Chief Engineer for the transportation consulting firm of LPA Group. He has been with LPA Group for the past 20 years. Elham has managed a number of highway and aviation planning, design, and construction projects. He currently oversees the design-build operations for the company.
Elham has a Bachelor of Science and Masters degree from NC State University. He is a registered professional engineer in SC, NC, FL, GA, TN, VA, and Michigan.
