Larry CloyedProject Manager, Virginia Department of Transportation
Larry serves as Project Manager in charge of the Springfield Interchange Improvement Program for the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). He has been with VDOT for 16 years. Larry's previous positions include Assistant Resident Engineer - SIIP Construction Manager and Project Engineer for the I-95 HOV Extension (Fairfax County), Dulles Toll Road HOV and I-66 Rehab.
Larry has an Applied Science Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from the Northern Virginia Community College. He is a graduate from UVA Program in Contracting and Procurement Management and is currently enrolled in a combined BS/MS program in Engineering and Engineering Management.
