BIOGRAPHY
Tom Boyle, P.E.
Project Manager, Granite Construction
Tom started his career as a field engineer for McDermott. He worked on offshore pipeline and platform installations in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as dredging and port facility projects. When Tom left McDermott he joined The Hardaway Company in Columbus, GA to be a project manager. During his 15 years at Hardaway he worked on the I-664 tunnel ventilation buildings in Newport News, VA, the Sunshine Skyway Bridge Demolition, Clearwater Pass Bridge, the Donald Ross Bascule Bridge in Palm Beach County, and Berths 201 and 208 for the Tampa Port Authority. Tom left Hardaway to be the Operations Manager for Misener Marine in Tampa, FL. He was responsible for marine construction projects in the Caribbean and Florida. Tom is now a Project Manager at Granite Construction.
Tom is a graduate civil engineer from Virginia Tech. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
