Kokosing / Fru-Con LLC, under contract to the Huntington District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is constructing a $220 million replacement navigation Lock on the Kanawha River upstream of Charleston, West Virginia. The presentation will provide an overview of the Lock replacement process and discuss the construction challenges.
